Fortis Anandapur secures 2nd Runners up at the 36th CII Quality Circle State Level Convention, West Bengal

Team Nursing at Fortis Anandapur Kolkata achieved the 2nd Runners up position for their project presentation titled "Strategic Approach Towards Reducing Nursing Attrition & Analysing its Correlation with Patient’s Experience to Nursing Care" at the 36th CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) Quality Circle Convention for state-level competition in Kolkata, West Bengal. The project presentation event, held on February 17th, 2024, saw participation from various healthcare and service industries showcasing their best practices and projects. Fortis Anandapur's Nursing team's project aimed at reducing nursing attrition to enhance patient care and satisfaction. The project successfully reduced nursing attrition from 32% in 2022-2023 to 27% in 2023-2024, while improving patient satisfaction from 75% in April 2023 to 89% in March 2024. The Award ceremony was held on 29th March 2024. Facility Director, Mr. Ashish Mukherjee, provided motivation and encouragement for participation, leading to the project's recognition and selection for the Regional Competition by CII.
